Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling bookings and the process for refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.
You may cancel your booked trip at any time however, it would incur cancellation charges as contemplated in Clauses 2 & 3 below. You shall be able to cancel the entire package only and not in isolation i.e., you cannot cancel only hotel booking or air tickets. However, if there are more than one member in your tour package, you may be able to cancel one member from such tour package and the cancellation fees as mentioned in Clauses 2 & 3 below will be calculated only for such member. For cancellation, you would be required to follow the cancellation procedure. If you do not follow the proper procedure for cancellation, your cancellation shall not be accepted and you shall not be eligible for any refund. In such circumstances, all payments made by you shall be forfeited.
If you are making payments in instalments, you must ensure that each instalment is paid on or before its due date. Failure to make the payment on or before the due date will result in exclusion from the tour. In such cases, the refund will be processed strictly as per the refund slab mentioned below.

Once you book a trip, we would, at the earliest start working towards the same in order to obtain the best possible prices and stay within the budget, including but not limited to purchasing flight tickets and hotel reservations, etc. The refund amount would depend on various factors, including the amount paid till the date of cancellation, destination, time till the date of your trip etc. You are requested to check the cancellation charges for each package before making any cancellations. If we cancel a trip as contemplated in Clause 4 below, we would endeavor to obtain a refund from the third party(s) concerned, however, we cannot assure a full refund under any circumstances and any cost incurred by us would be deducted from the amount refunded to you. The standard cancellation/refund fees are provided below:

We may be forced to cancel or indefinitely postpone a particular trip due to force majeure and/or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flight cancellation by airlines, travel restrictions put up by governments, adverse conditions at the destination, etc. in such circumstances we would strive to notify you at the earliest.
Your trip may be canceled due to other reasons including but not limited to rejection of your visa application, failure to book hotels/flights due to improper/late submission of documents from your end, incorrect information/documents, your health condition at the time of travel, non-compliance of any conditions of the destination country or travel agent, etc.
